D’Addario Rico Bb clarinet reeds are great for any player. They feature a thinner vamp and unfiled cut that plays and sounds good. I have used Rico reeds for many years and they always do what I want. When you buy this pack, you get ten reeds which is an amazing deal in my opinion.
2. Vandoren CR103
Features
Vandoren CR103 is one of the best clarinet reeds I can recommend to anyone. This one has an excellent response and allows pianissimo attacks on the highest notes. I love how flexible it is, especially how it enables smooth legato. CR103 has a strength of 3 and offers rich and full-bodied tone and clarity.
3. Sovvid Reeds
Features
Sovvid clarinet reeds offer rich tone, excellent elasticity, and superior durability. With a strength of 2.5, this box of 10 reeds features a thinner vamp and unfiled cut for easier playability across all registers. I have recently tested it because my friend recommended it and loved it. OF course, it’s not a very high-quality product but is great as a backup. Also, it’s very cheap and does the job. I recommend these reeds for any beginner or student clarinet players.
4. CeMeow Clarinet Reeds

CeMeow is not a known brand but this is a great reed for clarinets. It’s made from natural-grown cane, some with visible sunspots that professionals like. These reeds produce rich tones and good elasticity thanks to their stable vibration. I used it on my Bb clarinet and the sound was amazing even though it’s a cheap reed. Additionally, it comes in other reed strengths so you can get your preferred one.
